It's important to get your greens in, guys. Your mum always told you to eat your broccoli, and now we do. But good news: you can sneakĀ moreĀ greens you need into your favourite recipes and enjoy them!

Rachel from @healthyandpsyched created this delicious breakfast bowl for you and we are happy to share the recipe with you today; it is made with our Skinny Protein Mix, which is a blend of pea protein, hemp protein, moringa, spirulina and alfalfa. So you're not only getting in greens, but also start the day with lots of proteins.Ā Sounds good, right?

Protein Courgette Porridge

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 g Skinny Protein Mix
  • 50 g oats
  • 90 g gratedĀ courgette
  • 80 g ripe banana
  • 180 ml rice milk
  • 130 ml boiling water

TOPPINGS:

  • 100 g heated berries
  • mixed dried fruit
  • granola (check out our Chocolate Lover Hazelnut Granola here!)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a pan over a medium heat. Stir them well and then cook for around 5-10 minutes until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
  2. Stir every few minutes so that it doesnā€™t stick to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Transfer into a bowl and add yourĀ toppings of choice.
  4. Enjoy!
