The Recipe: Pre-workout Energy Balls
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. Energy Bomb
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup almonds
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and roll into balls.
- Store in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
