One of the recipes in our guide is this delicious hummus featuring our Super Green Mix. The mix is a unique combination of superfoods such as wheat grass, barley grass, moringa, spirulina, chlorella and baobab. It's content in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and the perfect addition to your daily diet, and the easiest way to sneak more greens in your dishes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 g Super Green Mix
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/2 small garlic clove
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1/4 tbsp. organic sea salt
- 1 dash of white pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Dip with veggies or crackers.
- Enjoy!
