VEGAN, RAW
Everyone knows your daily portion of greens is important, so why not make a healthy and delicious green juice in the morning? Juicing makes the nutrients in your fruits and veggies more readily available so that your body can absorb it more efficiently. In addition, it allows you to consume larger portion of veggies and fruits that you would normally be able to consume. I know cleaning the slow juicer is not the most fun thing to do in the world, but isn't it worthy if we feel and look healthier afterwards?
INGREDIENTS:
- 25 g Super Green Mix
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 courgette
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 cm ginger
DIRECTIONS:
- Juice all ingredients in the slow juicer
- Stir in the Super Green Mix
- Pour into a glass
- Enjoy!
SUPER TIP: Don't forget to wash your fruits and veggies, even if you bought them organic!
