  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • fresh chives, chopped
  • pepper, to taste

Directions:

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 60ml water
  • 1 tbsp unsalted taco seasoning
  • pepper, to taste


Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
  2. Serve in a bowl and dip your favourite veggies in it!




White bean dip



Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Skinny Protein Mix
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 250ml water
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend the mixture until smooth.
  2. Enjoy with some crackers or veggies!




Pea dip



Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Skinny Protein Mix
  • 200g frozen peas
  • 150g plain soy yoghurt
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


Directions:

  1. Put the peas in a sauce pan with enough water and cook them.
  2. Slice the shallot and fry it in a pan with some olive oil and the curry.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  4. Pour into a bowl.
  5. Add salt and lemon juice to taste.
